After structuring and starting up the R+D+i area of a vegetable packaging company, we acted as project managers to develop two products suitable for human consumption from by-products previously destined for animal consumption because they did not aesthetically meet market requirements. We achieved the valorization of food by-products, giving them a second useful life for our consumption.
