CASE INITIATED: : OPTIMIZATION OF THE PROCESSING PATH OF LIGHTENED COMPONENTS THROUGH ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING

Development of technologies and processes for the manufacture of components by additive technology in a single stage, replacing the multiple conventional operations (cutting, bending, welding, machining...) that make up the traditional lines of a metallurgical company.

CASE IN PROGRESS: : DEVELOPMENT OF ECOLOGICAL BAKED PRODUCTS BASED ON VEGETABLE FLOURS AND CHICORY FOR THE SENIOR PUBLIC

Design and development of a range of easy to chew and swallow bread products aimed at the elderly, made from organic vegetables, and supplemented with flours with a complete amino acid profile. This project is being carried out by a consortium of four companies of the agri-food sector of Castilla y León.
