At SCWUIMAC we are project managers. We are not consultants because Business by Projects is not consulting, it is a step or two ahead of it.
To manage a project is not to teach the company to manage them. To manage a project is to put on the overalls and get down to work. Traditional consulting is based on telling the company what to do. A project manager like us doesn’t explain it; he does it. SCWUIMAC stays.
A project has different phases, as we will see in other posts in this blog, but one of them is the execution phase. Others leave and do not execute, but we believe that you have to stay and execute what was planned because execution implies -among many other things- managing the change that the organization faces when the initiatives proposed in previous phases are implemented.
